Welcome to TrioRooms. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking
  • Rates are quoted per room, per night unless otherwise stated
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
  • Room rates do not include additional services unless specified

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check in

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay
  • No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
  • Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified
  • Special rates and promotional offers may have different cancellation policies

Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Full payment is due at check-out unless otherwise arranged
  • A credit card pre-authorization may be taken upon check-in for incidentals
  • All rates are in local currency unless otherwise specified
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property
  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas; violations will incur a cleaning fee
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Pets are not allowed unless staying in designated pet-friendly rooms
  • Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for disruptive behavior

Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings
  • Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or at the front desk
  • The hotel is not liable for any injury or accident occurring on the premises due to guest negligence
  • Vehicle parking is at the owner’s risk
